I am so grateful for Bonnie!! I had been talking about wanting to eat plant based for five years! Bonnie helped me put some structures in place so I could cut the excuses that were holding me back, like worries about not getting enough protein, and gave me tools and structures I can use to plan my meals accordingly in a way that is sustainable for me! Bonnie is an amazing yoga instructor. I love how she guides you through the poses giving alternate movements to work with your own abilities. Class moves smoothly and the hour goes by quickly. I always leave feeling better than I did when I started.

Today was the coolest new experience I've had in a long time. I've always loved yoga but never sure if I'm doing things right (in risk of hurting self).
